We’re hiring: Internal Audit Manager (Full-Time)

St. Vincent Building & Loan Association is seeking a dynamic leader to head our internal audit function and provide independent assurance to the Board (Audit Committee) and CEO.

What you’ll do

• Lead a risk-based internal audit plan
• Conduct operational, financial, regulatory & IT audits
• Report findings to the Audit Committee & senior management
• Track corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with Risk & Compliance; stay current on regulations

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Auditing/Finance (required)
• Professional designation (ACCA, CPA, CA) (required)
• CIA or similar is an asset
• 3+ years’ internal/external audit experience, incl. 1+ year leadership
• Strong grasp of internal controls, ERM & governance; solid IT/control exposure
